The Varavon Timeroid has been a highly anticipated time lapse remote controller to be paired up with their existing Motorized Slider systems including Varavon’s OliviaTech Motorroid.
For those of you who already have a motorized slider like the Varavon OliviaTech Motorroid, Varavon now has an option for you to be able to remote-in and control the motion of your slides. The OliviaTech Motorroid and Motorroid can be driven internally or externally with the Timeroid.
The Timeroid acts as a fully programable intervelometer. It is very similar to the MX2 Dynamic Perception controller that it was modeled after. The Varavon Motorroid is not only compatible with the Timeroid, it is also compatible with other company controllers.
Timeroid has single and 2 axis options. The single axis will give you controlled panning and the 2 axis option will allow you to have control of both panning and tilting. The 2 axis option can control 2 motors at the same time.
Currently there is no public information on the Timeroid. Varavon should be releasing this soon on their website. For now we only know the expected price points and release date- $295 for Timeroid and $350 for the Timeroid Controller. Release should be sometime in May 2013.camera, DSLR, intervelometer, motion control, motorized slider, Motorroid, NAB 2013, oliviatech, OliviaTech Motorroid, photography, slider, stop motion, time lapse, TImeroid, Varavon, video
