Im having a serious issue with Varavon. I ordered my slider it was shipped through KoreaPost and has arrived in the U.S and says delivery unsuccesful it has no indication of what U.S carrier service has my package now and every number I try to reach at Varavon whether it be U.S or Korea is disconnected or changed, I emailed there company twice already and have received no response, this is extremely poor service. Is there any chance you know what shipping company they go through once the package hits the United States Olivia? I am left with no tracking number, shipping slip or anything for the company in the U.S that has my package
@justinjenny That is strange. The packages I receive from them typically ship from EMS then are delivered to me via a mailbox I use with UPS. The US company that would deliver your package will depend so there is no way for me to know this information. How long ago did you order the product? I will do my best to point Varavon to your comment. Keep me posted.

Can’t seem to reach Varavon or their ecommerce site Vifocam.com.
Tried the number that Tim from Varavon left on earlier posts, which is the same on their website. Also tried the customer support number for Vifocam.com. They either go to busy signal or a disconnected message.
Is Varavon still in business?
