Over at MacWorld San Francisco, we had a chance to check out Tutto. Tutto is collapsible, strong luggage that can transport your camera gear and lenses worry free. In response to the top comment, to set the White Balance on an iPhone 4/4S all you have to do is Double-Tap and Hold for a second on the object you are filming.
You should then see a “AE/AF Lock” text on the bottom of the screen.
I just learned this the other day after one of my friends (http://www.fugostudios.com) told me he shot a short on an iPhone 4S.
