Trek-Tech TrekPod XL Essentials Kit (Carbon Fiber)

Seems like this might be adaptable to a fluid head like the Manfroto? When I am an event shooter and my rig is a video camera in the 5-8 lb range and just gets heavy, plus I want to do simple pans and tilts at times. Just was wondering if a true fluid head could be used. I am also wanting to use the same fluid head on a slider.
@Steve You can mount a Manfrotto fluid head onto this monopod. I’d stick with a 701/501 size, especially if you want to transfer it to a slider as well. What type of slider are you looking for?
Yes, the Trek-Tech XL or Go Pro TrekPod will support up to 11 pounds of gear when balanced on the pod.
Will this work for any camera? I have a Cannon Rebel which I’d like to use this for…..
@Aman Hi, yes, your Rebel has a 1/4-20″ female thread at the base of it. The quick release plate on this monopod will pair it perfectly.
Yes, it will work with your Canon Rebel. The Trek-Tech Trek-Pods are rated up to 11 pounds when balanced properly.
