At this year’s WPPI convention in Las Vegas, Lorry from Quantum shows me their Omicron OM3 TTL Flash and Auto-Tracking Video Light & the Omnicron 4 LED Video Ring Light.

The Omicron OM3 TTL Flash and Auto-Tracking Video Light allows users to take TTL flash photos while simultaneously capturing video. A “chromatically correct” LED array – a mix of high quality white and colored LEDs – delivers true color rendition. Both the flash and continuous light produce a 60° beam angle with 5000K temperature.

Quantum Omicron OM3 TTL Flash and Auto-Tracking Video Light

The Omnicron 4 LED Video Ring Lightis a constant light source featuring an electronically-adjustable color temperature of 2500-6500K. Output level remains the same while making these adjustments. You can save and recall up to 8 temperature settings via pre-sets. The OMICRON 4′s colored LEDs fill in the missing color gaps characteristic of white LEDs, producing a full spectrum for natural color rendering. The amount of color correction is calibrated as you vary the color temperature, a feature Quantum refers to as Chromatically Correct LED lighting.
