Since the arrival of the Pico Flex Table Dolly, I’ve been DYING to take her out for a test drive but couldn’t seem to find the time or location. I’ve also been toting around a few compact cameras- taking test shots and short videos. Walking around this past weekend I came across the original Mission San Jose church and decided I’d make my first Pico example video with a Canon ELPH 300 HS compact digital camera. I really wanted to showcase how anyone can create creative videos with a standard point and shoot camera. I even used iMovie (which comes with any MAC computer) to color grade and edit the video.
The cracks in the pews and tile surfaces as far as the eye could see really didn’t make for the most steady rolling shots. But given the location and short amount of time I had before I was escorted out, I think it came together quite well! I’ll have another video up by the end of the week.
