OTech Reader Gets the 4ft. Jib!
Vimeo user, Floydster Media shows us some of his first test shots with the new Glideshot 4ft jib he purchased. Thank you for sharing, Floydster, I can’t wait to see what else you create!
It’s lightweight, and fun to use. The Glideshot portable 4′ crane is cheaper than most decent sliders, and still performs very smooth dynamic camera moves. Click here to read all about it in my earlier post with full specs, where to purchase and all the other details that you might want to know.
Since the Glideshot is typically sold out, ProAm is another quality option for those of you looking for other lengths.

ProAm Video Camera Cranes 4 ft., 8 ft.,12 ft.

Great shots!
Do you think a Canon S95 would be too light to use with a crane like this?
Glenn, it would probably be way too light.
Awesome, now somebody get this man a follow focus
Thanks Olivia, I thought it might be. Although I guess I could place some kind of weight under it. I use the S95 for all my video now, and honestly don’t feel the need for a DSLR. But a crane like this would come in very handy.
The link doesn’t seem to have this jib for sale. Does anybody know of any other sellers who have it in stock?
Hello, Interested in purchasing one of this, but the link seems to be dead; can you please let me know where i can purchase one of these.
Ami, the company is on back order and currently is NOT taking any new orders.
