HDMI Lock & Anti Twist Plate for Panasonic GH2
OTech reader, Edgar, wrote to me about a new product he has made to answer the issue of broken HDMI cables. After encountering several broken cables on his GH2, Edgar made the decision to build an HDMI lock and anti-twist plate specifically for the Panasonic GH2.
This is the “PUNC Plate V1″ HDMI lock and anti-twist plate for the GH2. It is made from aluminum and currently available in a limited quantity. This unit is compatible with the Redrock Micro Plate or can be used with most head plates. The PUNC Plate V1 has a removable HDMI lock unit and can be used as an anti-twist plate only.

nice thing buddy, but I think it´s way overpriced for just a hdmi cable holder

One way to improve that plate is to make it shorter to allow the battery compartment to be opened without unscrewing the base plate.
Other tip is to use nicer screws to tight the plate. Those you use fell cheap and unprofessional.
