I would love a tutorial on balancing this one

Thanks for another great deal post! Have you tried this one? Any idea how it may compare to a Wondland? What stabilizer do you use yourself?

    Thanks again.

@Michal I have not tried the Wondlan. I had an Opteka stabilizer a while back and it did the job. I just can’t fly for very long because my arms are pretty weak. I prefer something that rests on my hips but for anyone who can hold a camera up with this method, the video just looks really great.

thanks for the post..how does this compare to flycam nano in terms of overall weight and arm soreness?
    Thanks!

    • Olivia says:

@Mark I think this all depends on how much weight you have on the unit and how heavy your setup is. Both units are approx. 2 to 3 lbs. give or take. Maybe the gimbal system is a point of more interest for someone looking to purchase a stabilizer. The Flycam offers a bit more stability/control in that area from my experience.

Hi Olivia, just out of curiosity, the steadicam merlin & pilot uses similar weights, are these interchangeable with those? steadicam charges $25 per weight so if they can be swapped, it can save folks a lot
