I had an unexplainable itch to shoot some scene’s at the San Jose airport the other night. I got into my car with a vision of what it was that I wanted to capture. Driving there I could see lights coming in and out of focus. I saw planes taking off and flying into the dark sky against stars and ground lit clouds. Circling around the airport once looking for a place to park and shoot. Circling around the airport twice, “there has GOT to be a spot where I can pull over!” Driving around the parking structures… I drove around for what seemed like an hour. I wasn’t content with any of what I was seeing and I began giving into the feeling of just enjoying the car ride around lights and airplanes.
I’m still hoping to get my airport shots.
